Rulli Torres - Studied Fashion at the University of Arkansas. He moved to New York after graduating and lived there for a brief period. He moved to Dallas, Texas in 2012. He worked for other designers and then decided to work on his own business. He focuses primarily on evening gowns but is not limited. He can design anything from a Wonder Woman costume to a Beauty Queen Gown! He enjoys working with all styles of clothing, Bridal, Pageants, Costumes, and he will be launching a ready to wear collection in 2019. Rulli thinks a true designer should be able to sketch, make patterns, cut, and sew the garments. He is capable of doing the entire process. He is very passionate about designing and the fashion industry. He has participated in various fashion shows, locally and nationally.
